Good and neat atmosphere for yoga class. I would like to thank Nandhini and vinotha mam for teaching excellent and advance yoga poses. They are very polite and superstitious in nature. It helps for my weight loss and regularise my periods issues. We have taken massage nd foot reflexology for my father in law and it works better for him..
